At Crossing Point, we're always excited to welcome fresh talent who share our passion for evidence-based investing and collaborative problem-solving. This summer, we've been delighted to introduce several new team members who are already making meaningful contributions to our research, analysis, and operations.

Building analytical excellence

Gabriel, our Research Intern, brings a strategic mindset that perfectly complements our systematic approach to investment management. His love for chess and Rubik's Cubes might seem like hobbies, but they reflect the same analytical thinking we apply to our trend-following strategies: breaking down complex challenges, identifying patterns, and finding optimal solutions. Gabriel says what he enjoys most is "having the opportunity to learn so much from the team" - a reminder that great investment management is built on continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Kian, our Summer Analyst, has impressed us with his versatility, working on everything from process automation using Excel and Python to creating client-facing materials. His near-fluency in conversational Spanish (muy impresionante!) reflects the kind of curious, adaptable mindset we value. In a global investment landscape, diverse perspectives and continuous learning are essential.

Supporting our foundation

Ben, our Finance Administrator, exemplifies the collaborative culture that makes Crossing Point such a great place to work. As he puts it, "One thing I enjoy at Crossing

Point is the collaborative culture and team culture." Whether he's managing our financial operations or bringing that same team energy from the football pitch or golf course, Ben reminds us that strong operations are the foundation of everything we do for clients.

Tom, our Investment Analyst, is particularly drawn to the learning opportunities and meaningful project exposure we offer. His enthusiasm for personal development, combined with his collaborative approach, strengthens our analytical capabilities. And yes, he's officially declared himself the best golfer in the office - we'll let you be the judge of that one, Tom!

Jordan, our Investment Analyst, brings curiosity about global markets and economic trends that perfectly aligns with our evidence-based approach. His interest in understanding "the global economic landscape and how it influences market behaviour" reflects the kind of big-picture thinking that helps us deliver better outcomes for clients. (Though we're still giving him good-natured grief about that croquet tournament performance!).

Why this matters for you

Behind these introductions is a deeper story about how we're building Crossing Point for the future. Each new team member brings fresh perspectives, technical skills, and analytical capabilities that strengthen our ability to deliver our trend-following, risk-aware investment strategies.

Our collaborative culture isn't just nice to have - it's essential for the kind of dynamic, evidence-based investment management our clients rely on. When markets shift, when new data emerges, when client needs evolve, we need a team that can adapt, learn, and respond together.

Looking ahead

As we continue to grow, we're committed to maintaining the culture and analytical rigor that sets Crossing Point apart. Expanding the team reflects our commitment to doing things differently - and doing them better.

After all, in an industry where many firms rely on the same old approaches, having a team that thinks strategically, collaborates effectively, and never stops learning isn't just

an advantage - it's essential.

If you’d like to learn more about our approach and the team behind it, please get in touch - we'd love to chat.
