Important information regarding the risk associated with investment into our managed model portfolios

As with all forms of investment, there are risks involved with managed portfolios (including those on our website), and are therefore not suitable for everyone.

Our managed model portfolios do not guarantee to repay the amounts originally invested. The potential returns, and repaying any money invested, are usually linked to the movement of stock markets.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of or guide to future performance and should not be relied upon, particularly in isolation. As noted above, our managed model portfolios place investor’s capital at risk and should only be considered by professionally advised clients who understand and accept the risks of losing some or all of any money invested.

You should access and read the relevant documents relating to any managed portfolio and the underlying holdings in particular: the portfolio brochure and fact sheets, investor summary sheet and Investment policy statement as well as the underlying investment holdings key information documents (KIID’s), before making a recommendation to your clients. Copies of the relevant documents may be requested from us.

It is important that investors read and understand the portfolio fact sheets, investor summary sheet and Investment policy statement explaining the features and risks of any managed model portfolio and agree to the terms and conditions before investing. If there is any feature, risk or term that your clients do not understand or do not agree to, they should discuss this with you before investing in the portfolio.

Applications to invest in our managed model portfolios will not be accepted if an authorised and regulated investment firm has not assessed suitability for the investor’s personal circumstances.

In addition to accepting the general Terms and Conditions of use of our website, we also require you to accept the general risks of our managed model portfolios.

For general information regarding the risks of our managed model portfolios, please see the ‘Important risks’ page, which can be found in the ‘Investment’ section of our website.

All of our managed model portfolios have clearly identified and defined target markets
